2 Saturdays ago,we went to Chee Moon's place for our HGC outing.This is my second time coming there.I remembered the first time I went there is during the Lunar New Year Time,where we had Dumplings at her humble house.
The table and chairs is so garden-like,you looked as if you're in a paradise.
The kitchen even had a refrigerator and a ice making machine!Man am I so suaku to take this photo.

First take the mushroom and cut away the leg.Do the rest to all the mushroom.
Okay,all is cut.What's next?
Now wash the mushroom thoroughly with tap water to remove unwanted dirt.
Next,Zhiyong will teach you how to make soup base.
Hee,easy.I just put in my secret ingredient and all is done.
Now the newcomer #2 is helping us to cut the beef.

Heard that they're going to organize another HGC event in November/December.It will be at the same place,but this time a pool party.Another suggestion will be the Ladies/Gents' night.If they were to organize the latter,I may want to go Johor for seafood.I'll have Ivan(Mr Johor)to guide us.
