Part III,aka as the last trilogy, will be a short one.No food will be presented in this post.
Do you know what is our pass time inside the hotel room?
Please do not stereotype dai dee as a form of gambling. It actually trains your mind into planning for the next strategy to move, what the player mind is thinking and how you're gonna finish your enemy with 10 cards in each of their hands.
Ming Keat, having to win only 2-3 games in a row, started to becomes cocky and claims that I didn't win even 1 set right now.Well,I did won 3 times in a row and him losing 3-4 times in a row yesterday,so what's he trying to prove?
That's a person I hate to play dai dee with:Prideful player.
We didn't spend time talking to one another about our personal life, our spiritual walk right now and what's our changes/transformation right now.It seems that personal time with one another has become a threat rather than a conversation.
Last day of KL,we wanted to try out the Bak Ku Teh that Ming Keat recommended.A cab is required in order to get there.
Okay lah,you handsome already lah.Can we go now?
The driver agreed to take us there for a price of $15.Ming Keat tried to lead the uncle to where the famous bak ku teh (where both Ming Keat and the uncle know nuts about this place!),but we failed to find it eventually and we had to head back to the bus station with a price of $25.Okay,let's consider this as an excursion okay?
After lunch,we headed to the bus station and we find that the place seems odd.It was until we asked the people over there that made us realised our mistake. We are heading to the wrong station!
panicky,we ran as fast as we could to the correct station.Thank God after asking a few directions,we arrived at the station with us boarding the bus on time.We are going home baby!
Now for some conclusion for the trip in KL:
1. Average cab fare is around $10-$15
Please do not get chop by the taxi drivers here.Do bargain your cab fare until $10,if you're going for a short distant trip.
2. Know the LRT route well
There are 5(or 6) LRT operators in KL.Do know where this LRT leads to and where is the interchange.1 card can only go for 1 LRT operator. For example,if you're buying a card for LRT A,you have to buy another card for LRT B when you go for an interchange.
3. Know your product well
In Chinatown, you have to differentiate the fake and the real well.If you're planning to buy an Adidas shoes, you got to feel the material and the workmanship of the real Adidas in order to bargain for a fake ones.
Some regrets during the trip:
1. Miss the good food
I missed the black hokkien mee,luk luk and the bak kua bun that my brother recommended. He said it was situated around the Chinatown area, but still I can't find it!Anybody can help me?
2. Miss the scenery
As what I mentioned in part II,the chance of going up the top.
3. Miss the shopping
There's lots of nice clothings around KL,unfortunately I lose sight of them.
Oh well, there's always a next time. It's time to save up for the next possible trip: Muar!

After seeing Kelvin brand new watch,I was so gian to buy the same watch as him, with a different color of course. If his hour/minute hand is orange in color,I would like it to be red, because red is another striking color.
This, and all this, will be mention later in this post.Let's move on to the sightseeing in KLCC.
Instead of taking a LRT to KLCC,we choose to take a cab instead simply because it's much more convenient that way.Imagine having to transfer from one LRT to another.
There are so many shops for us to buy our clothings, that is provided that you got the money.Suria KLCC is a place of rich people's shopping area with only a few of budget shops like Giordano and Esprit.Places like Tiffany and Co is not for us...for the moment.
Since we're at Malaysia and watching a movie here is cheap, they decided to catch a movie "Ocean Thirteen" there.I was thinking of going to the twin tower actually instead of watching a movie. You mean you came here just to catch a movie worth RM$11?!
That's a typical Singaporean concept actually when comes to touring in Malaysia.Whenever we're in Malaysia,WE MUST CATCH A MOVIE.Cheap cheap!
Wah lao eh,if you want to catch a movie, just cross the causeway to Johor next time lah. It's near anyway.
Because of the movie,I didn't get to go up to the bridge for more photos.Damn! But then,if you want to go up there, you have to come very early for the ticket(yes, you need entrance ticket). We were somehow lucky to gain a chance to get extra tickets from the counter but we choose to miss it.
And one more thing: The twin tower will close on every Monday.
HaiZ...next time I had to find travel friends who don't like watching movies.
Alright, sadness over. Now comes the happy part:
We had some chicken craving over here, despite the fact that there's a bird flu case going on near KL.Don't worry,I'm still alive. The bird misses it's chance of killing me.
As for Ming Keat,he ordered a half chicken.Sorry,no close up picture. You can just imagine 2 pieces of quarter chicken combine together.
The food that was displayed almost filled the small table.Okay, that's Ming Keat's half chicken with a red flag.
Now comes Singaporean version of Take That, with one overweight member due to lack of training.
Next time we'll try this: William taking a photo of me taking a photo of Kelvin taking a photo of Ming Keat taking a photo of a camera taking photo of a flower in self timer mode.Oh that's creatively lame.
The food is quite alight and it does not take very salty actually. The food comes in a certain level of spiciness(4 level,to be exact) and I choose level 2.However,the service is rather bad.Kelvin tried to ask for a refill of Coke and it took him 15 minutes to get it,with him reminding the waitress 3 times.
In total we have 3 must-do lists when taking a visit to Malaysia:
1. Catch a cheap movie
2. Eat A&W
3. Order donkin' donuts
The sky turns dark and this is my last day to grab the watch. This time we'll try to lowered the price to $90!
Eventually we failed our mission.I managed to get my watch RM$5 more expensive than Kelvin and to make matter worse,It was not the red version I wanted most.Well, nevermind, white also can lah.No prawn fish also good.
Anyway, one can easily differentiate real and real Tag Heuer by looking at their chronograph.
After day 2,the 3 of them left with no money and me with plenty to spend for day 3.Guys,this is what you call proper planning.Hah.

You start off your blog with entries so frequent, you started to get high day by day.In 1st year you managed to post 300-400 entries.
Then second year thing started to change: You have shitload of work to do,you had to attend this, attend that, you wanted to do something else, you got big project to do,etc...In second year you posted 150-200 entries.
More work awaits for the 3rd year.In order not to disappoint your readers, you promise to post everything tomorrow, but you realised that you can only post it 1 week later. In third year you posted 50-90 entries.
4th year, you're getting bored because you got absolutely nothing to write,so you decided to give your blog a "short" long break, which is an oxymoron indeed. In 4th year you posted 20-30 entries.
5th year, you decided to close your blog.End of story.

Finally got the time to post my KL trip here after 13 days of delay. After sending the software to William,I managed to help him reduce his photos from 165 MB to 25 MB.Do you know how frustrating it was when you see how slow my transfer speed was all because of William opening up the B*t T*****t program.Bloody hell.
As usual,I'll just post everything in 3 parts.First of all,let us start with day 1.
The first day started off with only William,Kelvin Lee and me.Ming Keat had to join us later because of his API course.Anyway, without Ming Keat around, the whole journey was so peaceful!Woohoo!!!!
We almost can't make it to KL because we can't get an early ticket to KL.Almost all the bus journey to KL start from 9am,which I don't think we can really wait that long. For your information,we reached Johor at about 6.30am.
We eventually got 3 tickets to KL at 7.30am from a faraway ticketing booth, but the seller cheated RM$15 from us.That was actually my mistake.I should have just argue with him for the exact change.
It took us 4.5 hours to reach KL,with only 1 stop for our toilet break. The air over there was so polluted compare to Malacca.Buses were everywhere and the only clean transport will be the LRT,which was like our MRT in Singapore.
After going round the area under the hot sun and with lots of direction guidance from the people,we finally find our hotel which was quite hideous in my opinion.Since we reached there at about 1pm and the book in timing starts from 2pm,we decided to take a little walk in Berjaya Time Square.
It took us quite a big effort for us to get the information from the LRT staff.I can see how pissed off the female staff was when we keep asking her the place that we wanted to go(She repeated Imbi for almost 10 times,if I were to calculate). That was the problem we'll face when we did not learn Malay language.
The LRT was so crowded compared to the previous ride. Most of them were going to the same place as us:The Berjaya Time Square.Hmm...I thought according to the Internet,Berjaya Time Square was nothing but a white elephant?Wikipedia do publish inaccurate details.
I'm hungry, let us find food shall we?
We settled in this decent looking Japanese restaurant where they sell tepanyaki meal.Kelvin wants to try it,and so are we.
The food is reasonably okay. While enjoying our food,we also get to see all the Xiao Mei Mei and Xiao Di Di roaming around this area.Looking at them simply reminds me of Singapore, except that their dressing is slightly more outrageous than us.
There's an indoor amusement park over there.I wonder is it safe for us to take a roller coaster ride?
I've lost count of how many storeys there are in this shopping centre. After exploring the whole place,we can conclude that the IT level was totally condemned. It was like walking in a ghost town.
We bought some snacks and drinks before we book in to our hotel.Buying mineral water is a MUST,especially for a weak person like me.
This is the King size bed that me and William shared. Please don't think elsewhere okay?We are not a couple.
Our hotel location is somewhere near to Chinatown, which gives us some advantage in going there easily.
Let's not waste time and go to Chinatown for dinner and shopping shall we?
The place was not actually crowded when we went there around 7.30pm.The ideal hours will be around 8pm and the stall will be closed around 10pm.
Chinatown is so full of "friendly" goods where you can use your bargaining skills. The stallholders there are very friendly too, simply because you are their source of income.
Kelvin wanted to buy a new watch,so we shop from store to store to look for a better deal.Since all watches that we'd seen are fake,so William assume that the cost price may only be around RM$30.
We went to one of the store and the owner offered us RM$200 for the Tag Heuer!Of course we rejected it straightaway.Who on earth will deal with such pricing? When the owner asked us how much do we think it cost, nobody answered him.
He asked again, but there's still no reply.
He looked like he's getting impatient,so I anyhow hamtam a pricing for him: RM$70!
His face changed. The oh-so-friendly look turned hostile immediately. He closed his briefcase and told us to see some not so nice watches which offers RM$50.
Wah lao eh!That was so realistic loh! What I don't understand is why my 2 fellow brothers don't want to voice out their pricing.Must wait for me to say out meh?Zzzzzz!!!!
Knowing that RM$70 offer won't work,we went to another stall to try our luck. After a few rounds of bargain,we managed to get the watch for RM$100.
Actually hor,if you know Malay or Cantonese, you'll be able to get it cheaper. That's what I think.
I don't see any of my Onitsuka Tiger over here. The only shoes available are Adidas,Puma and Adidas.Perhaps only Thailand can satisfied my "wants".
Okay enough of shopping, let's go on for more food!
We had Zi Char for dinner.From left: Kailan(Which I don't eat),Claypot Tofu(Which I eat) and vegetable soup(so healthy it's tasteless).
The sugar water(not in the picture) is there to add in to your jelly with preference to your own taste. You cannot simply eat without it,unless you're super health conscious.
Happy with everything,we went back hotel to rest.
