One day I was having lunch with my company.
Colleague A: Boss,you're good loh.Got wife and your son who can shop with you.Unlike me,don't have anyone to shop with.
Me: Eh?You don't have your 好姐妹陪你meh?
Colleague A: I got 好姐妹to shop with me lah,but then whenever they say the dress I bought is nice,my boyfriend say not nice.So that is why I'll shop with him.When I find my nice dress,he'll help me pay.
Me: hmmm...next time you also can hint him to buy you something when your birthday is coming.
Colleague B: huh?什么年代了,still need to hint boyfriend to buy something for you?
Boss: This thinking is so in the 80s...
Me: If don't 暗示,then go for 明示 loh.
Colleague A: Aiyah,no need lah.Nowadays you just tell them what you want can already.
Me: Like this don't have surprise element already leh.
Colleague B: What surprise element?现在不流行surprise element already!
Boss: That is so old fashion thinking.Reminds me of the day when me and my wife...
......
And I was the youngest in this conversation.A young man,yet an old fashion thinking.There's something to learn from the old birds indeed.
